The Integralia DKV Foundation is an agent of change to facilitate the transition of people with disabilities to companies. From Lifting Group we want to be part of this change.
The Integralia DKV Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by DKV Seguros. Its mission is the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities and chronic/degenerative diseases, with priority given to highly disabled people and those with difficulties in entering the labor market.
It was launched in 1999 and currently employs 561 people in the 7 special employment centers it manages in Spain, in addition to promoting international development cooperation programs in Colombia, Peru, India and Chile. With its social integrations, the Foundation seeks to eliminate prejudice towards groups with disabilities and to debate socially to highlight their professional value.
Over the years, the growth of the foundation has allowed it to be self-financing and to be a sustainable organization without dependence on the company that founded it, diversifying services to continue strengthening the social and labor inclusion of the group, some of these services are; Consultancy in diversity and inclusion management, Digital Business, Contact Center and Training. Its expansion is on the rise being located in Sant Just Desvern, Madrid, Zaragoza and Jerez de la Frontera, Badajoz, Denia and in alliance with Terrassa, in alliance with Mutua de Terrassa. At an international level, Integralia promotes development cooperation programs in Colombia and Chile and in the past in Peru, India, Poland, transferring knowledge on disability and connecting social entities with companies, raising awareness of the labor inclusion of people with disabilities.
The objective of the DKV Integralia Foundation is not only to provide work for people with disabilities, but also to promote their well-being and health through employment, training, the promotion of autonomy and personal development, recreational, artistic and recreational activities.
The Integralia Foundation fosters alliances with entities from the business sector and other social entities to continue with the development of the project and achieve its mission.
The incorporation of Fundación Integralia as a provider of the Lifting Group means being part of this change in the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities and chronic and degenerative diseases. From the beginning we have always been committed to being part of this progress and offering opportunities and tools to those groups that need it most.
At Lifting Group we are very aware of the essential role that non-profit entities play in responding to the needs of the most vulnerable groups and people with disabilities.
The relationship between Lifting Group and the Integralia Foundation will initially be based on the creation of content, that is, giving ample autonomy in the writing of articles and even in the ideation of content for our clients’ web projects. In a second phase, the objective is to be able to extend the service towards accessibility audits, where advice will be given as to whether web pages or articles are accessible to people with some type of disability.
Thanks to this initiative, we hope to continue promoting and being part of this change hand in hand with the Integralia DKV Foundation.
